Promotion Details

1. Registration Rewards (Ongoing Program)

· Register on the official forum to receive 2,000 e-points.

· Sign up for a website membership to receive 2,000 loyalty points.

· A maximum of 4,000 points（2000 e-points & 2000 loyalty points）can be earned per user.

· E-points and loyalty points serve different purposes and cannot be used interchangeably.

·1000 loyalty points = $1 off, redeemable at checkout.

·1000 e-points = 10 loyalty points, redeemable in your MOVA forum profile.

· Sign up for membership to receive a $15 coupon . The coupon will be sent via email.

2. Check-in Challenge (Mar 15 – Mar 31)

· Participation in the MOVA check-in campaign requires a registered account and active login. Users who access the activity without logging in will be automatically directed to the registration and login interface.

· Check in on the activity page for a total of 5 days (consecutive or non-consecutive) to receive a $30 no-threshold coupon. 

· Users who check in for 5 days will automatically receive a coupon via Email, which will be valid for 15 days from the date of receipt. Each coupon can be used only once.

· Check-in coupon cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

3. Order Double Points (Mar 15 – Mar 31)

· Earn double loyalty points on all orders placed during the Mar 15 – Mar 31, 2026 CST.

4. Group Purchase Activity (Mar 15 – Mar 31)

Activity Steps:

· This is a collaborative group buy event where the discount needs to be unlocked by two people working together. Only when both participants are registered MOVA members can they be eligible for the 5% discount

· Start Group Buy: User enters the group buy section on the event page and clicks "Invite Friends" After clicking the invite button, system will generate a 2-hour valid group buy link that can be shared with friends.

· Join Group Buy: User joins an existing group buy through shared link in 2 hours. After successful group formation, both users enjoy 5% OFF discount.

· The coupon code will be issued on the Group Purchase page. The code shall remain valid for 24 hours starting from the moment the group purchase is successfully completed.

· Per participant must meet the minimum purchase of $50 to use the discount. The coupon will not be valid for any orders below this amount.

Important Notes:

· Each user is limited to two "Invite Friends" opportunities per day.

· Each user can participate in up to 3 group purchases simultaneously.

· Group purchase products are eligible for a 30-day price protection period, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 7 below.

B. Live Stream Limited-Time Offers

· During the live stream, a limited-time $30 discount applies to purchases of the Z60, V50, P50, M10 and X4 Pro.

· The $20 discount is applicable in conjunction with product sale prices, unless otherwise stated.

· Only one $30 coupon can be redeemed per order, regardless of the number of eligible products purchased.

· During the live stream, a draw will be held every 30 minutes. Viewers can participate by interacting, and the host will select the winners. The prize is a Pet Accessories Set (value $297).

· Live stream Bundle: Purchase the MeowgicPod LB Prime 10 cat litter box can get a Pet Accessories Set (value $297) for free.

· For any single order with a final purchase amount exceeding $1500 (after discounts and before taxes/shipping, if applicable), you will receive a free M10 (original price $399) as a complimentary gift.

· Return and Exchange Policy for Promotional Orders

(1) Full Return

· If you return the entire order, you must return the M10 wet and dry vacuum to receive a full refund.

· If the M10 wet and dry vacuum is not returned, your refund will be reduced by $299.

· After return and refund, any used coupons will become invalid and will not be returned.

(2) Partial Return

· If you return part of the order, and the remaining order value after the return falls below the promotion threshold of $1500, you need to return the complimentary M10 wet and dry vacuum. or

· If you choose to keep the M10 wet and dry vacuum, we will deduct $399 from your refund.

(3). Exchange

· If you exchange the product for another item of equal valueor greater value, you may keep the M10wet and dry vacuum regardless of whether it has been used, provided that the exchange maintains eligibility under the original promotional threshold.

· Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. No exchanges will be accepted after this period.

· By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations

· All dates and times in these Official Rules are in Central Standard Time（CST）.

· Except for live stream coupons and check-in coupon, all coupons issued during this promotion are valid till April 15, 2026. Expired codes will not be reissued, exchanged, or honored.

· Prizes, coupons, points, and codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value, except where required by law or at MOVA's sole discretion.

· Points, coupons, and codes are typically issued in real-time or within 1 week after a qualifying action is completed. Submissions and activities are subject to verification.

· Any attempt to participate multiple times in violation of these Official Rules, including through use of multiple email addresses, aliases, automated methods, or other fraudulent or deceptive means, will result in disqualification.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to review any activity and, in its sole and reasonable discretion, disqualify any participant or revoke any awarded points, coupons, or codes for fraudulent, abusive, violation of these Official Rules, or non-compliant behavior.

· The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of any cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion. Any material changes will be communicated on the official promotion page where practicable.

· Information collected from participants is subject to Mova's Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion, including verifying eligibility and sending rewards. By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information for these purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

· To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVA and its affiliates are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the promotion or use of any rewards.

· By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MOVA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any reward, except where prohibited by law.
