Place an order: Earn 5 points for every eligible $1 you spend on our website.

Important: Points from orders are not credited immediately. They are subject to a 30day holding period starting from the date your payment is completed and confirmed. After the holding period ends, the points will be credited to your account and become available for redemption. This means you will see the points in your balance only after the holding period ends.

Leave a Review: Earn 2,000 points when you leave your honest review on our website. Points are awarded regardless of whether the review is positive or negative. (Points for reviews are credited after verification, with no additional holding period.)

Register: Get 2,000 points when you sign up for an account.

Share on Facebook: Receive 300 points when you share our store on your Facebook. Points are awarded for valid shares.

Celebrate your birthday: Enjoy 500 points as a birthday gift when you add or update your birthday in your account. Birthday points may be awarded once per calendar year.The more you shop and engage with us, the more points you’ll collect!

You can redeem your points in four ways:

Cash Discounts: 100 points = $1 discount on your next purchase.

Memberonly Rewards: Redeem North America only member accessories.

Coupons: Redeem points for discount coupons on accessories, vacuum, and beauty products.

Products: Use points to get selected accessories / Hot Products / Best Value Products. Eligible products available for redemption may change from time to time and are subject to availability.

Important: For Cash Discount redemptions, you may use up to 10,000 points per order. This limit does not apply to redemptions for coupons, products, or memberonly rewards.

You can redeem points directly in the Rewards section of your account. There, you will see all available cash discounts, coupons, and product redemption options.

No, coupons redeemed with points cannot be used together with any other discount codes, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by MOVA. However, you can still use them on eligible products during regular promotions.

Yes. Points remain valid as long as you have at least one Points activity every 12 months. If you do not have any Points activity for 12 consecutive months, eligible unredeemed Points will expire on a rolling basis. You can view your Points balance, activity history, and expiration details in your account's Points history.

No. Unless you have special circumstances, such as being unable to log in to your account or your email is no longer in use. In that case, please email proof to support@mova-tech.com. We may, at our reasonable discretion, approve a transfer request subject to reasonable verification. If approved, we will transfer the points from your old account to the new account, and then clear the points from your old account. Approved transfer requests will be processed within a reasonable time.

Participation in the program is voluntary. You may withdraw from the program at any time by contacting us at support@mova-tech.com or by deleting your account. Upon withdrawal, any unredeemed points may be forfeited and cannot be redeemed, except where prohibited by applicable law.

It depends on how the transaction was completed and the status of the points:

Earning scenario (points you earned from that order, including bonus points):

If the order's points are still in the 30-day holding period and have not yet been credited, no deduction will occur (they simply will not be credited).

If the points have already been credited to your account, they will be deducted upon return.

Spending scenario (points you used to pay for that order):

Points you used will be returned to your account.

If those earned points have already been redeemed and cannot be reversed, we may adjust your refund to reflect the redemption value of those points (currently $1 per 100 points), where permitted by applicable law.

You can earn Forum Points by engaging in the MOVA Forum (posting, commenting, joining events). Forum Points can be exchanged for MOVA Membership Points. Exchange rate: 100 Forum Points = 1 MOVA Membership Point.

Note: Exchange is one-way and irreversible. Once converted, points are automatically synced to your MOVA membership account. The converted Membership Points are subject to the same rules as other earned points (including expiration), but the 30-day holding period applies only to Order Points.
