Okay I’m actually impressed

I have had robot vacuums before and honestly they were so frustrating to use I ended up just not using them. This set up is absolute solid gold I am so happy. I have been confidently walking bear foot to the shower each morning with no cat litter to be seen (my cats love to just sprint from their litterbox carrying so much litter with them). Most of all I just love how logical it is in its cleaning and how quickly and efficiently it had the whole condo mapped and clean

Have had the vacuum for about a month now and I have no complaints. Easy to use, easy to install, app is easy to understand. It’s great. A little noisy when self emptying but that’s about it.

Fantastic…I didn’t know what I was missing

I have hesitated for a long time in investing in a robot vacuum…I am SO glad I did it! We just moved to a new home with mostly hardwoods - I didn’t realize how much puppy fur was happening until we got here! This easily frees up over an hour a week and makes my back happy.
Setup was very easy…adjustments are as well. The MOVA Pro 10 is intelligent, has good communication with status or issues and does a great job of cleaning thoroughly.
Can’t say enough good things about it….i hope it lives a long and happy life here!

Makes live easier

I love it, the only thing that’s been a problem is if the seal on the drainage take is not intact, it will not drain and the washboard will over fill with water. Your Mova will let you know if this happens.

Pleasantly surprised. Only one concern.

I have a Roborock s10MaxUltra that stopped working after less than a year of use. I loved my Roborock to pieces but was so disappointed in it's longevity despite meticulous care. There's not a lot of info on this vacuum or brand available, in English anyways, so I went into this completely blind. This vacuum is great and has many features that my Roborock didn't. I love the warm water rinse and camera. The dual brushes are great. Does a good job overall. My house isn't terribly dirty so it's mainly a maintenance machine. App needs a little fine tuning but is easy to navigate and loaded with features and options.So far my only complaint is the water tank but until the robot itself doesn't seem to be accessible. However unlike my Roborock, this unit at least empties the tank after use. Of course there will still be some moisture left inside which is worrisome for me from a hygiene standpoint. I do plan to contact CS about this. Anywho - so far so good but time will be it's true test. I'll update once I get to know it a little better as it's only been about a month.
