The mower works well. There are a number of issues with the android app that could be better. 1. While setting up the mowing zones the 2 part joystick controls sometimes work and is not reliable. 2. Altering zones could work better. Manually adjusting boundaries would be very helpful especially around rdges instead of adding zones and no way to shrink the zone without recreating the zone or adding no go zones. 3. Mowing directions and patterns would be better for me at the zone level. 4. The battery is not sufficient to complete the job in one pass and when it goes back to charge it should automatically restart when the battery has sufficient charge you complete the job. The overall job of the mower is very good but I find the battery is woefully undersized for my lawn at 1200 square ft

It works really well , avoids obstacle

I purchased the LiDAX Ultra 1000 in June 2026 after reading reviews and videos on-line. My order arrived in short order and in good condition. I found the app to be a little quirky, with words and sentences inexplicably truncated. Leaving me guessing as to what was being referred to in some cases. The videos on the app are way too small to be viewed on my phone. That being said I was able to get the unit up and running. It does take quite a while to cut my lawn as it cuts for about an hour then recharges and goes out again making the whole process take about 6 hours. I still go around the edges with my old gas mower to finish up. My lot is 58' by 144' with a bungalow and double driveway. Then in early August the machine decided it had a "bumper error" and refused to move. I could drive it manually using the app but it would not work on its own. I followed the instruction in the trouble shooting section of the manual but the error persisted. I contacted Support and was advised to return the machine. A shipping label was provided and I returned it. A replacement was shipped to me and so far so good. I am enjoying using the LiDAX Ultra 1000 and I have been particularly impressed with the after sales service.

Set up was easy and so far the mower is doing a fantastic job.

I’ve had the MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000 for a little while now and it’s been a great experience overall. Honestly, my main regret is not knowing about this mower sooner — it quietly handles the yard and frees up time I used to spend behind a push mower.

What’s stood out most is the support. Any time I’ve had a question, the team has been genuinely responsive, which makes a real difference when you’re relying on a piece of tech to do its job.

The one area I’d like to see improved is the iPhone app. From a user-experience standpoint it could use some polish — the layout and flow aren’t always intuitive. That said, it does everything you actually need it to do, so it’s more a “nice to have” refinement than a dealbreaker.

Would recommend to anyone on the fence about switching to a robot mower.
