Eligibility for Promotional Offers
The promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of participation, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. Open to MOVA official website members only. Users must register and become a member before participating in the event.
How to Enter:
Users must send a bullet chat (live comment) on the event page with the theme "Love for Mom." Once the message is successfully sent, users can click the lucky draw button to enter the sweepstakes. Each account is limited to one draw only.

How to Participate:
During the live stream, the host will encourage viewers to share the live stream link and invite others to join. A giveaway will be held only when the live room reaches a viewer count set by the host (e.g., 20+ viewers). If the target is not met, no giveaway will take place.

Orders placed between April 27 and May 17, 2026 (PDT) are eligible for MOVA's 30-day price protection policy.
How It Works:
If you find a lower price on an identical product at an Authorized Channel within 30 days of your purchase, you may submit a price protection request to customer service for a refund of the difference, subject to verification and approval.
