Amazing cleaning product. Only thing is that sometime mop extension doesn't work or maybe I don't understand it yet. And sometimes struggle with steps

Cleans well, vacuum has only gotten stuck twice, much improved from my last one.

Perfect For Pet Odors

With three cats, the house can start to smell a bit "animal-y." The pet mode on this machine focuses on their favorite spots and actually gets rid of the scent instead of just moving dirt around. Truly a lifesaver.

Handles High Thresholds Easily

My old house has those annoying tall transitions between rooms. Most robots get stuck, but this one literally lifts itself up and climbs right over. It’s like a little off-road vehicle for my living room.

Great Robot Very effective

Have been using my Z60 Ultra complete for 20 days now and I am very happy with it. I know quite a bit about vacuum robots as I have been using them for more than 15 years. First a Samsung for 5 years, replaced by a iRobot 980 for 10 years that I still have and used to clean my garage. A iRobot J9+ Combo for two years, used on my basement, a Dreame X40 Ultra for 1.5 years, used on my first floor and now the Mova Z60 for my main floor. The Z60 is by far the most effective robot I have ever had. The roller design is way better than the spinning pads of my X40 and of course better than the fix pad of the iRobot J9+. The maintenance is also easy and is needed only every second week while using my robot 2h per day (85 m2) every single day. I use my robot 4 times a day instead doing it in one shot which would be problematic with the battery. The first time I used the Z60, I used it just after the Dreame X40 to see….., And the used water was dark grey. Which means that the Z60 roller cleans better than the X40 Ultra spinning pads. No doubts. I will never go back to spinning pads for my next robot. The only drawback of the Z60 compare to the X40 Ultra is the side cleaning. The design of the roller doesn’t allow a cleaning close enough to the sides. There is a least 2 centimeters which are not cleaned. But that the price to pay to have a better cleaning everywhere else!! I don’t have any specific threshold, so I can’t speak about this. I Haven’t had any navigation issues or object avoidance issues. To be honest I didn’t put it on a stress test…. I have a dog with long hair who sheds a lot. And I haven’t had any clog issues what so ever. Of course, As I clean my house every single day, there is not so much hair to get each time. I didn’t put the Z60 in a stress test as well as you can watch on Youtube. These tests are completely unrealistic and do not represent a normal use of a robot. I haven't had any water spillage issues at all and no streak as well. It’s way too early to speak about reliability. I hope it’s good on a long run. So far, no issues at all. But for my X40 Ultra I started to have multiple mechanical issues after 8 months of intensive use (Side brush, broken pad support on the base station, broken charging ports on the X40, ......). It’s for that I moved to Mova (I Know it’s kind of the same company as Dreame anyway…..but,…..) and the roller design. The spinning pads design applies a very strong force on the equipment which generate breakdowns. So, I will see how the Z60 behaves with a roller design……
