1.Program Period: March 10th to May 31st, PDT 2026

2.Eligibility

The Program is open only to legal residents of the Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or meet the minimum age required by their place of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.Open to new applicants for the V50 Program. Priority may be given to first-time V50 applicants at MOVA’s reasonable discretion.

3.Core Program Model: "Free Trial, Pay If Not Returned And Tasks Not Completed"

This Program operates on a on a 30-day free trial basis with conditional purchase obligation.By enrolling, you expressly understand and agree that:

• Eligible participants will receive one (1) MOVA V50 Ultra Complete Robot Vacuum (Black) for a 30-day free trial period.
• If you complete the required creative tasks within the trial period and comply with all submission, disclosure, and content guidelines, you may keep the product at no charge.
• If you are not satisfied with the product during the 30-day trial period, you may contact MOVA customer support and request early withdrawal and return instructions. Upon timely return of the product in accordance with MOVA’s instructions, no payment will be charged.

Payment Method Verification & Pre-AuthorizationUpon successful submission of the application form, provision of a valid payment method, and acceptance of the applicable payment service provider’s terms, you expressly authorize MOVA to:

• securely store your provided payment method for the limited purposes described in these Official Rules;
• perform a $0 authorization transaction solely to verify that the payment method is valid.

No funds will be charged, captured, or placed on hold at this stage.Conditional One-Time Charge AuthorizationYou further expressly authorize MOVA to process a one-time charge of CAD $899 (the approximate retail value of the product) only if BOTH of the following conditions occur:

• You fail to complete all required tasks within the 30-day trial period (see Creative Task Rules below); AND
• You fail to properly request and complete a return within the trial period (See Return / Cancellation Rules below).

The charge, if applicable, will be processed only after the expiration of the trial period.This Program does not involve any recurring billing, subscription, or installment payment arrangement. Only a single one-time charge may be processed under the circumstances described above.If any payment interface displays terminology such as “monthly charge” or similar wording, such terminology reflects standardized labeling by the payment processor and does not indicate a subscription or recurring obligation under this Program.

4.How to Enter

Step1: Submit Application: Complete and submit the official application form.Step2: Internal Review: MOVA will review applications at its sole discretion based on criteria such as community points, payment history, and eligibility. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for participation in the program.Step3: Notification: Selected applicants will be notified via emailed within approximately 7 business days.Step4: Agreement & Authorization: Selected participants must

• provide a valid payment method;
• accept the applicable payment service provider’s terms;
• consent to a $0 authorization verification;
• acknowledge and authorize the Conditional One-Time Charge Authorization described in Section 3.

Step5: Product Receipt: Upon successful verification, a MOVA V50 Ultra Complete Robot Vacuum (Black) will be shipped to the address you provided for your trial.

5.Creative Task Rules (To Keep Product for Free)

The 30-day trial begins on the confirmed delivery date according to carrier tracking records.

1. Task Requirements

To be eligible to keep the V50 for free, you must successfully complete all required tasks outlined below within your 30-day trial period.

• Publish 5 image posts and 3 video posts across the designated platforms (see Submission Guidelines below).

Content Requirements:

• Text: Minimum 100 words per post.
• Images: Minimum 2 original high-quality images per image post.
• Video: Minimum 30 seconds per video, must include verbal explanation and ideally feature real persons/pets.
• Media: All content must be original, truthful, non-repetitive, and clearly show the V50 in a real-use setting (e.g., living room, kitchen).
• Participants must obtain all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals or pet owners appearing in the content.
• Outstanding Creator Benefit: Participants who successfully complete all required tasks within the trial period will earn the V50 for free.
  a. The eight pieces of content you create must not have repetitive themes. Repetitive or substantially similar content may not be counted toward the required content submissions.
  b.Your video content must clearly showcase the robot in operation or during a cleaning session.
  c,Before the end of your trial period, your submitted content will be compared against the commitments stated in your application form to determine whether you qualify to keep the product for free.
  
  Note: Unboxing-themed content shall not count toward the eight-piece content requirement.

Authorized Submission Guidelines: Tasks must be completed only via the following two official channels

• Primary Channel: MOVA Forum
  Register and make a thread under PRODUCTS→Robot Vacuum→ V50 Ultra Complete Board of the official MOVA forum. (https://ca.forum.mova-tech.com).
• Secondary Channel:MOVA Instagram
  You must follow the official MOVA Instagram account(https://www.instagram.com/movatech.ca/)
  mention/@ the official account in your public post.
  Each post must include the hashtags: #GetYourV50, #MOVAV50 and in your captions.
• Private Instagram accounts are not accepted

The use of Instagram is permitted only if your instagram account is set to PUBLIC. If your account is private, you are required to use the MOVA Forum for all task submissions. Submissions from a private Instagram account will not be accepted or reviewed.Disclosure Requirement: All content created under this Program must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection with MOVA, in accordance with applicable Canadian advertising and marketing regulations. Acceptable methods include, but are not limited to, using “#sponsored” or platform disclosure tools.

• UGC Authorization

By submitting your content, including, not limited to images, videos, text, or other media (“UGC”) as part of this Program, you grant MOVA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your UGC within MOVA’s official platforms, including live streaming or other internal promotional purposes.

• Program Benefit & Compliance

Outstanding Creator Benefit: Participants who successfully and completely fulfill all requirements within the 30-day trial period will earn their V50 unit free of charge.Completion of tasks via an authorized channel is mandatory. Failure to comply with any task rules, including channel selection, content requirements, or disclosure, may result in invalid submission and forfeiture of the free product benefit.All submissions are subject to verification by the MOVA, whose decisions regarding eligibility and completion are final.

1. Return / Cancellation Rules

• Return Period: You may return the V50 for any reason, free of charge, within the 30-day trial period.
• Return Process: You must formally request a return by contacting support@mova-tech.com with your legal name. credit card information, Shopify order number and product SN to apply for cancellation and submit a return authorization. Simply stopping use or not contacting support is not a valid cancellation.
• Return Conditions: Returned products must be undamaged, with all accessories and packaging. Normal trial use consistent with product testing will not invalidate a return.
• Deadline: The return request must be successfully submitted by 23:59 on the 30th day of your trial. If you fail to complete all required tasks and do not initiate a valid return within the trial period, the product will be considered retained, and authorization for a one-time charge of CAD $899 will be processed.
• Refunds: If a charge is processed due to non-return and non-completion, refunds will not be issued except in cases of demonstrable billing error or where required by applicable consumer protection laws..

1. General Terms

• Trial Limit: Each individual, payment method, device, and IP address is eligible for one trial only.
• Failed Charge: If an authorized charge of CAD $899 fails, MOVA will notify you and provide an opportunity to complete payment or arrange prompt return of the product.
• Fees: MOVA will not charge any additional processing or handling fees beyond the CAD $899 product charge. Your card issuer or bank may impose separate fees, including foreign transaction or currency conversion fees, which are solely your responsibility.
• Anti-Fraud: Fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts, reselling trial units, or other attempts to circumvent the one-trial limit, may result in disqualification, blacklisting, and potential legal action.
• Content Compliance: By participating, you represent and warrant that any content you submit is original, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights, and complies with all applicable laws. MOVA may disqualify participants or remove content for violations.
• Modification & Interpretation: MOVA reserves the right to reasonably modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  MOVA reserves the sole right, subject to applicable law, to determine whether your creative content meets the Program requirements and whether you are eligible to receive the product for free.
  Any material updates will be posted on the Program page and will be effective as of the date posted, unless otherwise specified. These Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
