Eligibility for Promotional OffersThe promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Registration Rewards (Feb 2 – Feb 14)
- Register on the official forum to receive 2,000 e-points.
- Sign up for a website membership to receive 2,000 loyalty points.
- A maximum of 4,000 points（2000 e-points & 2000 loyalty points） can be earned per user.
- E-points and loyalty points serve different purposes and cannot be used interchangeably.
- Forum e-points are distinct from the points within the main website. If you have any questions regarding the use of forum points, please contact customer service.
- Sign up for membership to receive a $15 coupon. The coupon will be sent via email and valid till Februray 28, 2026.
3. Check-in Challenge (Feb 2 – Feb 14)
- Participation in the MOVA check-in campaign requires a registered account and active login. Users who access the activity without logging in will be automatically directed to the registration and login interface.
- Check in on the activity page for a total of 5 days (consecutive or non-consecutive) to receive a $30 no-threshold coupon.
- Users who check in for 5 days will automatically receive a coupon vis Email and valid for 15 days from the date of receipt.
4. Order Double Points (Feb 2 – Feb 14)

5. Puzzle Activity (Feb 2 – Feb 14)
- Activity Steps:
- This is a collaborative puzzle event where the puzzle needs to be completed by two people working together. Only when both participants are registered MOVA members can they be eligible for the rewards.
- One of the user goes to the puzzle activity section on the event page and complete 2 puzzle pieces first.
- After finishing your 2 pieces, share the activity link with another user. Successfully invite 1 friend to complete the remaining 2 pieces, and both users will get 1 bottle of MOVA Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner ($26.99) each.
- Important Notes:
- If the first user share the link to more than one friends, gift will be distributed to participants who complete the puzzle first.
- The shared link is only valid for 2 hours. If the puzzle does not complete after 2 hours, the user may choose to retry the challenge.
- Each person can obtain the shared link a maximum of 3 times.
- The Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner will be automatically sent to the user via email in the form of a code. Users can use the code at check out to redeem the cleaner.
- The code is valid for 7 days. The prize will be deemed voluntarily forfeited if not redeemed within code validity period.
- For greater certainty, this promotion does not involve any element of chance. All rewards are awarded solely based on participants’ completion of the stated activity requirements on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Valentine's Day Exclusive Live Stream (Feb 2 – Feb 14)
- $20 discount for V50, P50, M10 and X4 Pro.

8. Review Rewards (Feb 2 – Feb 14)
- Submit one product review with text and a picture to receive 2,000 loyalty points. Participation is optional.
- Reviews must be truthful, reflect genuine experience, and clearly disclose that the reviewer received loyalty points as an incentive.
- Loyalty points will be credited to your account within 1 week.
- Limited to one reward per user for the duration of the promotion.
9. 30-Day Price Protection (Feb 2 – Feb 14)
- Orders placed between February 2 and February 14, 2026, CST are eligible for our 30-day price protection policy.
- If you find a lower price on an identical product at another authorized channel after your purchase, you may submit a price protection request to our customer service, subject to verification and approval in accordance with the requirements below.
- Authorized channel means MOVA’s official website (https://ca.mova.tech) and MOVA Home App (CANADA Region)
- Price protection requests must be submitted to customer service no later than March 15, 2026.
- Accessories are not eligible for price protection.
- Requirements & Notes:
- The lower-priced product must be identical in model, color, and specifications.
- Only prices from authorized channels are eligible.
- Price protection requests must be submitted to customer service within 30 days of your order date.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Promotional discounts, bundle offers, or clearance pricing on other platforms may not be eligible.
10. Coupon Stacking Rules
- All coupons cannot be stacked;
- Only one coupon can be used per order.
- Except for live stream coupons and puzzle code，other coupons are valid for 14 days after the event ends (Feb 28).
- The puzzle code of MOVA Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner is valid for a period of 7 calendar days commencing from the date the user obtains the code.
- Live stream coupons are redeemable only during the live stream session.
General Terms & Conditions
- By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations
- All dates and times in these Official Rules are in Central Standard Time CST).
- Except for live stream coupons and puzzle code, all coupons issued during this promotion are valid till February 28, 2026. Expired codes will not be reissued, exchanged, or honored.
- Prizes, coupons, points, and codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value, except where required by law or at MOVA’s sole discretion.
- Points, coupons, and codes are typically issued in real-time or within 1 weekafter a qualifying action is completed. Submissions and activities are subject to verification.
- Any attempt to participate multiple times in violation of these Official Rules, including through use of multiple email addresses, aliases, automated methods, or other fraudulent or deceptive means, will result in disqualification.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to review any activity and, in its sole and reasonable discretion, disqualify any participant or revoke any awarded points, coupons, or codes for fraudulent, abusive, violation of these Official Rules, or non-compliant behavior.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of any cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion. Any material changes will be communicated on the official promotion page where practicable.
- Information collected from participants is subject to Mova’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion, including verifying eligibility and sending rewards. By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information for these purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVA and its affiliates are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the promotion or use of any rewards.
