1. What is the refund policy for unused or partially used cards? 

1.1 Unactivated Card: If the card remains unactivated, you may contact our Customer Service team at support@mova-tech.com to request a full refund to your original payment method.
1.2 Activated but Unused Card: If the card has been activated but no transactions have occurred (please provide records showing the balance has not changed), you may contact customer support for a full refund to your original payment method.
1.3 Activated and Partially Used Card: If the card has been activated and partially used, refunds for remaining balance are not supported, except as described in Section 1.5 below.
1.4 Special Case: For stored-value cards used to purchase MOVA products that meet return conditions (such as unopened items or quality issues), refunds will be issued as a balance to the original stored-value card. Cash refunds are not available, except as described in Section 1.5 below. But you can continue to use the remaining balance.
1.5 Refunds for Remaining Balances: You can contact our Customer Service team to request a refund of your remaining balance in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that refunds are only provided as required by law; any remaining balance beyond this may be applied toward future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash unless legally mandated.
