• 30-Day Price Protection: If the product is found at a lower price through official sales channels (Limited to: Official MOVA Website, Amazon, TEMU, Walmart, TikTok, eBay, Best Buy, or Target) within 30 days of the order date, customers may request a refund of the price difference. Requests must be submitted to MOVA Customer Service no later than November 6, 2025.

• How to Participate: Existing customers who submit their order number or a clear photo of a MOVA product purchased through MOVA’s official US or Canada website via the designated form on the promotion page are eligible to receive a CAD $70 OFF discount code for the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete. The discount code must be redeemed on or before November 25, 2025. (Note: Submission information is visible only to MOVA’s backend staff and will not be shown publicly.)
• Verification and Discount Code Issuance: All submissions are subject to manual verification. Verified participants will receive their discount code via email within two (2) business days of confirmation. MOVA reserves the right to reject submissions that are incomplete, fraudulent, or fail to meet the submission requirements.

Information collected from participants is subject to MOVA’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill any Promotional benefits.

Each discount code is valid for a single use only, limited to one discount code per order, and cannot be combined with any other discount code offer.

For the purposes of these Official Rules, “Promotional benefits” include the Early-Bird Price, CAD $70 discount code, and 5% discount code. All Promotional benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent, except as required by law or at MOVA’s sole discretion.

Each participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, provincial and local taxes as required by law, including any taxes on the value of Promotional benefits received. During the Promotion and to receive any Promotional benefits, participants must provide MOVA, upon request, with eligibility and compliance statements, a release, and any other required documents necessary to satisfy tax reporting and withholding obligations.

MOVA reserves the right to verify all participants for eligibility and authenticity, to disqualify any participant engaging in suspected fraudulent or unethical behavior , and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond MOVA’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of MOVA, which are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

By participating, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MOVA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Promotional benefits, except where prohibited by law. This does not affect participants’ statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
