The MOVA Fall Prime Day Prize Wheel Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time is on September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), unless earlier modified, suspended, or terminated in accordance with these Official Rules.

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the U.S. territories and possessions), and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of participation

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of MOVA and its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligible participants may participate through the designated MOVA promotional campaign page during the Promotion Period.

Free Entry Method

To receive one opportunity to spin the prize wheel, participants may submit the required entry information through the designated entry form without making any purchase or payment.

Participants will be required to provide a valid email address and any other information reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.

Newsletter subscription is not required to receive a free entry. Any consent to receive marketing communications from MOVA will be provided separately through a clear and affirmative opt-in.

After a valid entry has been successfully submitted, the participant will receive one opportunity to spin the prize wheel.

Each eligible person may participate in the prize wheel only once during the Promotion Period.

The prize wheel uses a random mechanism to determine the prize associated with each valid spin.

The prize result will be displayed immediately after the spin. Where applicable, the participant will receive a redemption code or other instructions for claiming the applicable prize.

The prize-wheel result is determined by the Promotion's pre-established prize allocation and probability settings and will not be manually manipulated by MOVA.

Each eligible entry will receive one prize, as described below:

Discount Coupons:

• 30% OFF accessories
• USD$10 / CAD$10 OFF sitewide, excluding accessories
• USD$20 / CAD$20 OFF sitewide, excluding accessories
• USD$100 / CAD$100 OFF sitewide, excluding accessories
• USD$300 / CAD$300 OFF sitewide, excluding accessories

Discount coupons are not subject to a fixed quantity limit and will remain available throughout the Promotion Period. Coupons are valid for redemption from September 21, 2026 through October 31, 2026, unless a different expiration date is expressly stated on the applicable coupon.

Coupons may not be combined with other promotional codes, coupons, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise by MOVA.

Each coupon may be used only once and must be redeemed using the same email address associated with the participant's qualifying entry.

Discount Coupons require a qualifying purchase, have no cash value, and are not gift cards. Discount coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotional codes. Only one coupon may be used per order.

Free Product Prizes

The Promotion includes the following limited-quantity product prizes:

• One (1) MOVA V50 Ultra Complete— ARV: USD$1,099/CAD$1,499
• Two (2) MOVA P10 Pro Ultra— ARV: USD$599/CAD$899

The total number of each limited-quantity product prize is fixed and will not be increased through repeated participation.

Each valid spin will result in either a discount coupon or, subject to availability and the applicable odds, a product prize. The odds of receiving a particular prize depend on the prize-wheel configuration, and,for product prizes, the number of prizes remaining at the time of entry.

The applicable prize types, quantities, and odds or other information materially affecting the chances of receiving a prize will be disclosed on the official Promotion page or in these Official Rules before participation, as required by applicable law.

Limited-quantity product prizes will be awarded to eligible participants through the applicable random prize-wheel mechanism, subject to remaining prize availability.

Once all available units of a limited-quantity product prize have been awarded, that prize will no longer be available. Participants will nevertheless remain eligible to receive one of the discount coupons.

Potential winners of product prizes will receive instructions regarding prize fulfillment. Potential winners of product prizes must respond to the prize notification in accordance with the provided instructions within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving the notification.

MOVA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participant, the validity of an entry, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding a prize. A Canadian potential winner of a prize must correctly answer a skill-testing question before being declared a winner.

If a product prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond MOVA's reasonable control, MOVA may substitute the prize with another comparable prize of equal or greater value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prize claims are non-transferable. No product prize may be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash at the winner’s request, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Coupons and promotional codes may not be transferred, sold, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

MOVA is not responsible for a winner's inability to receive or use a prize due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the participant.

Each person may participate in the prize wheel only once.

MOVA may use reasonable information, including email address, mailing address, account information, and other available information, to verify eligibility and enforce the one-entry-per-person restriction, in accordance with MOVA’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating or using multiple accounts or email addresses to obtain additional entries;
• Using email aliases, variations of email addresses, or other methods to circumvent the one-entry limit;
• Registering under different names or identities for the purpose of obtaining additional entries;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or address information;
• Using multiple identities or registrations associated with the same person to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using bots, automated tools, scripts, VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means for the purpose of circumventing the one-entry limit, manipulating the Promotion, or interfering with its operation;
• Attempting to manipulate the prize-wheel mechanism or prize allocation;
• Selling or offering for sale any prize code or coupon obtained through the Promotion; or
• Engaging in any other conduct intended to circumvent these Official Rules or compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

MOVA reserves the right to verify any participation and take reasonable measures necessary to protect the integrity of the Promotion， subject to applicable law.

If MOVA reasonably determines that a participant has violated these Official Rules, provided false or misleading information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or attempted to obtain an unfair advantage, MOVA may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Void the participant's entry;
• Invalidate any related prize, coupon, or promotional code;
• Cancel any order placed using an improperly obtained coupon or promotional code, provided that any amount validly paid by the participant will be refunded in accordance with applicable law;
• Refuse to fulfill improperly obtained prizes or benefits; and/or
• Exclude the participant from future MOVA promotional campaigns, where reasonably necessary to prevent further fraudulent or abusive conduct..

All related entries submitted by the same participant may be invalidated where they are reasonably determined to be connected to prohibited conduct.

MOVA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, security issues, system errors, or other circumstances beyond MOVA's reasonable control affect the proper operation or integrity of the Promotion, but only to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Any material changes to the Promotion or these Official Rule will be posted in the applicable Official Rules or on the official Promotion page.

MOVA will not use this provision to materially reduce or eliminate prizes that have already been validly awarded, except where permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with MOVA's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Information collected may include, where necessary for administration of the Promotion, the participant's email address, name, mailing address, telephone number, and information relating to the participant's entry or prize.

Personal information may be used for purposes including:

• Administering and operating the Promotion;
• Verifying eligibility and preventing fraud;
• Contacting potential winners;
• Fulfilling and shipping prizes;
• Processing coupon or prize redemption; and
• Other purposes disclosed in MOVA's Privacy Policy or applicable consent notices.

Participation in the Promotion will not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by applicable law.

Any consent to receive newsletters, promotional emails, or other marketing communications will be obtained through a separate and clear affirmative opt-in.

Participants may review MOVA's Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection, use, sharing, retention, and rights relating to their personal information.

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by MOVA's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

MOVA reserves the right to interpret and administer these Official Rules in accordance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOVA will not be responsible for losses arising from participation in the Promotion or the use or redemption of any prize or coupon, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
